Shipping Policy

Shipping:

  • FREE local pickup is available in Princeton, MN (choose option at checkout.) Orders must be picked up within 10 days of when the order was fulfilled/ready for pickup. Packages not picked up within 6 months will be donated. We will not credit or refund pickup orders that have not been picked up within our 10 day pickup policy. The delivery method (shipping/pickup) cannot be changed once the order has been placed and processed.
  •       In stock items ship the same day or next Business day from order placed.  1-3 Business Days to receive once shipped. 
  • Our custom items that are made to order with a current turn around time of 10-20 business days beginning the next business day after the order was placed. Once the order has been shipped, a shipping confirmation with tracking is sent to the email provided at checkout.
  • Embroidery & Graphic tees are made to order so please plan for our estimated turnaround time on each individual item. Please be sure to read each product description. If you purchase a made to order item with a custom item in the same order, these will be shipped together once the made to order item is done. Orders ship in full once all items are in stock.
  • Please make sure you are shipping to a secure location. 
  • Once your package has been fulfilled and you have received tracking information from us, this means your package is now in the hands of the post office, USPS, and we are no longer liable.
  • If a package is returned to sender, it is the customer’s responsibility to pay for the shipping label.
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
  • We do not file claims for customers or contact your local office on your behalf.


  • Missing or Delayed Packages

    Once your order has been shipped and is in the hands of the carrier (USPS or UPS), we are no longer responsible for any delivery delays, missing packages, or tracking issues.

    If your tracking number shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package, or if there have been no updates for several days, we kindly ask that you:

    1. Contact your local USPS or UPS office directly — They will have the most accurate and up-to-date information on your package’s location.

    2. Check with neighbors, family members, or building staff in case the package was delivered to a nearby address by mistake.

    3. Wait 48 hours from the "delivered" scan — carriers sometimes mark items as delivered prematurely.

    We are happy to assist with initiating a carrier investigation if needed, but please note that we are unable to issue refunds or replacements for items marked as delivered by the carrier.

Please contact your local post office before contacting us about a lost package.

1. Contact your LOCAL post office. Do not call the 1-800 number. Find their phone number here -> https://tools.usps.com/find-location.htm

2. Ask them to check into the GPS scan location as well with the mail carrier.

3. File a claim with your local office or online if they are unable to locate the package.

4. Contact us at billysuncommocllection@gmail.com for a detailed packing slip and packing information for your claim.

5. If your local office instructs you to contact us, please go ahead and contact us. Customers tend to have better results with their local office than we do filing online, so we always advise exhausting all options at your local office.
